Pennsylvania Agency Must Pay $2.3 Million In Back Wages For Overtime Violations

Another home health wage case will result in millions in back wages paid to workers. Affectionate Home Health Care Services in Lansdowne, Penn., and owners Ashford Sonii and Habibatu Dumbar must pay more than $2.3 million in back wages and liquidated damages to 398 home healthcare workers following a federal court judgment, the Department of Labor says in a release.
