Pennant Partners With Nonprofit

The Pennant Group Inc. has entered a home health joint venture with nonprofit John Muir Health in the San Francisco area. Muir Home Health will provide home health services throughout the Bay Area, the Eagle, Idaho-based chain says. A Pennant subsidiary will be the majority owner and manager of the venture, Pennant says. The chain operates in 14 states.
