PE-Backed Chain Makes Indiana Buy

The Care Team based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, has acquired 1st Care Home Health and Care Hospice, which are regional home health and hospice providers based in Carmel, Indiana, TCT says in a release. TCT, a portfolio company of Revelstoke Partners, operates across Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Massachusetts, it notes. Revelstoke is a Denver-based private equity firm. 1st Care Home Health was founded in 2012 and Care Hospice in 2016, TCT says. “Since we invested in The Care Team, the company has invested significantly in its corporate infrastructure to support additional scale and expansion into new states,” Russ Cassella, Managing Partner at Revelstoke, says in the release.
