New Federal Legislation Takes Aim At 80-20 Bill

Home care providers opposed to the recently finalized 80-20 bill mandate are getting some help. Rep. Kat Cammack (Fla.-R) has introduced a bill to block the final rule’s 80-20 provision. “Home care agencies can’t keep up with staffing levels and overall care levels while complying with this rule,” Cammack says in a release about the legislation (H.R. 8114).
