The state with the lowest download rate may surprise you — or not. Don’t dismiss data from your PEPPER report just because Value-Based Purchasing stats are filling your head. PEPPER contractor RELI Group released home health agency benchmarking reports last month, and it’s monitoring who is downloading the reports by state. The state with the lowest rate of downloads at press time was California with 13 percent. The national download rate is 34 percent.
