Long-Term Care Chain Makes L.A. Acquisition

The Ensign Group Inc. has acquired Angeles Home Health Care in Los Angeles, the L.A.-based post-acute parent company says in a release. Cornerstone Healthcare Inc., Ensign’s home health and hospice operating company, will operate the agency.
The purchase, made with cash for an undisclosed amount, brings Ensign’s portfolio to 11 home health agencies and nine hospices across nine Western U.S. states.
