Looking for a home health statistic? Chances are it’s in the Home Care Chartbook 2023 from the Research Institute for Home Care and the National Association for Home Care & Hospice. For example: The state with the highest rate of home health admissions following a hospital stay in 2022 was Massachusetts at 19.2 percent. The lowest was Montana at 5.9 percent.
