Indiana Company Makes HHA, Hospice Buy

Dublin, Ohio-based ViaQuest has ac-quired the Indiana operations of TriStar Home Health and Hospice, a division of Trilogy Health Services of Louisville, Ky., ViaQuest says in a release. The acquisition includes Vibrant Home Health Care with locations in Evansville, Hunting-burg and Terre Haute; Care One Homecare Ser-vices in Muncie; and Serenity Hospice with branches in Lafayette, Fowler and Terre Haute. The 180 people employed by Vibrant, Care One and Serenity now are employees of ViaQuest, the company says.
ViaQuest also furnishes group home and mental health services. Trilogy plans to focus on its senior living business line.
