Hurricane Ian PHE Extends To S.C.

Florida isn’t the only state where home health and hospice agencies can receive regulatory relief under the Hurricane Ian public health emergency. After declaring a PHE on Sept. 26 for Florida, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra declared one on Sept. 30 for South Carolina.
