Home Health Bundling List Grows By 2 Codes

Add two more nonroutine supply codes to the home health consolidated billing list as of July 1: A4436 (Irrigation supply; sleeve, reusable, per month) and A4437 (Irrigation supply; sleeve, disposable, per month).
