Better late than never, tune in April 15 for education on Hospice Item Set changes that took effect Jan. 1. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services training aims to “provide a general overview of the changes included in the Hospice Item Set (HIS) Manual V3.00,” CMS says in a notice. Topics covered will include the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) Requirements and a new quality measure created from administrative data, CMS says.
