HCBS Waiver Procedures Could Change Under Recently Proposed Application Revisions

You have until Nov. 13 to comment on another Home and Community Based Services document. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in taking feedback on its 1915(c) HCBS Waiver Application and Technical Guide. “Changes to the HCBS Waiver Application and Technical Guide can have significant impact on the way that states administer their benefits,” the National Association for Home Care & Hospice highlights in its member newsletter.
