Having trouble getting your billing problems resolved by regional home health intermediary Palmetto GBA? You can use the intermediary's new "Problem Solving Guide" that lists appropriate management names and telephone numbers to contact when you can't get customer service to fix your outstanding problem. The guide is posted on Palmetto's website under "Contact Us" and in every Medicare Advisory provider newsletter, Palmetto says in its latest Hospice Coalition question-and answer set.
