Glitch May Short You For Therapy Visits Furnished

A claims glitch means you may not be getting your full reimbursement for therapy, but a correction is now scheduled. Problem: “Home Health claims (type of bill 32X) received after January 1, 2015, that indicate more therapy visits were provided than what was indicated by the HIPPS code, are not being recoded by FISS,” HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor CGS says.
