Equity Award Nominations Due Soon

Have you been working hard on health equity issues at your agency? If so, you might want to throw your hat in the ring for a Medicare award. “Nominations for the 2024 CMS Health Equity Award are now open to organizations working to advance health equity, showing others how to reduce disparities in health care access, quality, and outcomes,” the Centers for Medicare & medicaid Services says in a message to providers. Details: Nominations are due March 13. Email your form to the CMS Office of Minority Health at OMH@cms. hhs.gov. Award details and the nomination form are at www. cms.gov/files/document/health-equity-nomination-form- 508c.pdf.
