An update to the free Hospice Item Set HART software is now available. You can download the Hospice Abstraction Reporting Tool v1.6.0 at www.cms.gov/Medicare/Quality-Initiatives-Patient-Assessment-Instruments/Hospice-Quality-Reporting/HIS-Technical-Information.
