If you received Provider Relief Fund monies from July 1, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2020, you must report on how you used the funds by March 31. The requirement applies to providers that received one or more General and/or Targeted PRF payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, in that time period, the federal Health Resources & Services Administration says on the PRF reporting website. The deadline to use funds from Period 2 was Dec. 31, 2021, HRSA adds. Reporting Period 3 opens on July 1 and Reporting Period 4 opens on Jan. 1, 2023, the agency says.
