Dementia Model Applications Due By Jan. 30

If you’re interested in participating in the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model, more information is now available. The Request for Applications (RFA) portal opened Nov. 15, with the application deadline set for Jan. 30. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services plans to announce participants in Spring 2024, with the model launching in July, it says. The model will run for eight years.
