Medicaid home care agency owner in Florida has been charged with a felony after failing to disclose his criminal history when applying to be a provider. Jose Troche owned My Journey JMT Inc., created to provide home and community-based services to Medicaid recipients. Troche failed to disclose former felony convictions that precluded Medicaid from accepting the application, according to Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody. He received $68,000 from the program.
