CMS Cranks Up Education For VBID Hospice Carve-In
Do you want to find out more about the Medicare Advantage hospice carve-in that may be hitting you soon? Tune in to new educational offerings from Medicare. On Monday Nov. 2, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will hold a webinar, “Overview of the Calendar Year (CY) 2021 Hospice Benefit Component,” which will go over the newly released Calendar Year 2021 Technical and Operational Guidance. Then CMS will hold monthly office hours on the Value-Based Insurance Design Model hospice component in general November through January. The 44-page Technical and Operational Guidance document is at https://innovation.cms.gov/media/document/vbid-hospice-technical-guidance-cy2021.
