Claims Processing Glitch Delays Reimbursement

Is V8030 on your radar?
If you’ve got claims suspended in a newly identified error, you’ll have to wait a while for a resolution.
The problem: Some home health claim adjustments are pending incorrectly with reason code V8030, HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor
National Government Services reports on its website. “These claims are not finalizing and remain held in a suspended location.”
The solution: Medicare does intend to fix the problem — but not until April, NGS says.
