Claims Glitch Clears Up

Claims submitted to Palmetto GBA that were stuck in status location SB9099 should be processing fine now -- besides one exception. Previously, "many claims were suspending to status location SB9099," Palmetto says on its website. They were "cycling between status location SB9099 and SMCABL." Now claims should be moving through the system uninterrupted, with the exception being cancel claims (type of bill XX8), the intermediary says.
