Moorestown, New Jersey-based BAYADA Home Health Care is forming a joint venture with Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida, the company say in a release. The combined organization, called Baptist Home Health Care by BAYADA, plans to begin operations in early 2021. “Health systems and hospitals have a vested interest in the success of their patients after they are discharged,” BAYADA CEO David Baiada says in the release. “We ... help keep patients safe at home and out of the hospital.
