Chain Makes Utah Buy

The Pennant Group Inc. has acquired South Davis Home Health and South Davis Hospice in Utah for undisclosed terms. “This acquisition provides us with an opportunity to further expand in the state of Utah, and will complement our agencies throughout central and northern Utah,” Brent Guerisoli, CEO of Eagle, Idaho-based Pennant, says in a release. Pennant operates 112 home health and hospice agencies and 53 senior living communities throughout 14 states.
