Arkansas Agency Faces Misclassification Lawsuit

An Arkansas-based home care provider is facing a lawsuit over how it classifies its employees. The Arkansas Home-Based Services Association Inc. accuses Pinnacle In Home Care LLC and Victoria and Lawrence Williams of racketeering, according to press reports.
