5-State Chain Makes Utah HHA Purchase

In Utah, Canyon Home Care & Hospice based in Salt Lake City has acquired Uintah Basin Home Health and Hospice in Roosevelt for undisclosed terms, the five-state says in a release. “The investment in Uintah Basin Home Health and Hospice will allow us to enhance the care coordination with Uintah Basin Medical Center and provide better health outcomes for the patients and clients we serve in the Uintah Basin area,” Canyon says in the release.
