Your RCD Results Are Now At Your Fingertips

Home health agencies under the Review Choice Demonstration now have a new tool to help them keep tabs on their RCD information. “eRCD is a new feature on the Provider Dashboard within eServices that provides you with the ability to monitor your Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) results,” RCD contractor Palmetto GBA says in a message to providers. “You will enjoy features such as your RCD affirmation or claim approval rate, and current Additional Documentation Request (ADR) and Pre-Claim Review (PCR) decisions.” The new eRCD feature is available in providers’ eServices account under the eReview tab on the provider dashboard. The results information is updated weekly, Palmetto says.
