Your CAHPS Data Is Showing

Your Home Health CAHPS patient satisfaction data is now up on the Home Health Compare website at www.medicare.gov. HHAs eligible for CAHPS participation have five patient satisfaction measures listed in the "Patient Survey Results" tab. "These survey results tell you what patients said about their recent home health care experiences," the website explains above the measures. "You can compare home health agencies because everyone answered the same survey questions."
