West Virginia Leads In Hospice PEPPER Downloads, While Utah Trails Last. Where Does Your State Stand?

If you aren't sure how to best use your newly updated hospice PEPPER report and missed Medicare's WebEx on the free benchmarking report, you're in luck.

You won't have to wait long to be able to view a recording of the video conference, PEPPER contractor TMF Health Quality Institute says.

"The session will be recorded and posted on PEPPERresources.org in the hospice 'Training and Resources' section by May 10," TMF says in a release.

Meanwhile, check out the newly updated PEPPER retrieval map to see how many hospices have downloaded their new reports. At press time, the state with the highest retrieval rate since April 6 was West Virginia, where 17 of 20 hospices have downloaded the reports for an 85 percent rate.

The state with the lowest rate was Utah with 12 of 86 reports downloaded for a 14 percent rate.

See the map at www.pepperresources.org/Training-Resources/Hospices/PEPPER-Portal-Retrieval-Map.
