Walgreen Co. Plans To Target Hospice Providers

Walgreen Co. wants your pharmacy business, as the industry giant will launch a national platform targeting hospice providers, reports the Chicago Business Journal. The pharmacy company pulled back on its long-term care business in 2010, but has decided to tackle the hospice pharmacy business to boost its lackluster sales and revenue. Walgreen will begin targeting hospice providers as early as 2013.
