"Returned to Provider claim corrections should be made via Direct Data Entry," HHH MAC Palmetto GBA instructs in a new post on its website. "All claim corrections must be made by the providers." Providers can access the DDE User's Manual for the steps in the corrections process, Palmetto advises.
