Texas Home Care Chain Makes Dallas Buy

Mt. Vernon, Texas-based Jordan health Services has purchased Dallas-area HHA Tritrax Healthcare Services from Ancor Capital Partners for undisclosed terms. "Now with 34 locations ... serving nearly 14,000 clients, Jordan Health Services is one of the largest home healthcare providers in the state of Texas," the company says in a statement. Jordan has more than 11,000 employees, Ancor notes in its release.
