Texas HHA Settles Fraud Charges For $93K

A Texas home health agency has forked over nearly $93,000 to settle fraud claims, the HHS Office of Inspector General says on its website.

Ability and Performance Home Care allegedly violated the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by submitting claims to Medicare for home care services provided to patients that included false or fraudulent documentation, according to the OIG. Ability is listed with a San Juan address.
