Switching to a new Medicare contractor can be a painful process, but now home health agencies and hospices have some concrete help to smooth the way. New Home Health & Hospice Medicare Administrative Contractor (HHH MAC) CGS has issued multiple job aids on a range of billing topics at http://cgsmedicare.com/hhh/edi/JobAids.html. Subjects include accessing multiple provider numbers via DDE, a quick reference tool of DDE function keys, and how to avoid duplicate file rejections.
