Some Big States Are Lagging On PEPPER Downloads

If you haven’t looked at your latest PEPPER benchmarking report, you may be lagging behind your peers — especially if you operate in one of the five states where up to 79 percent of home health agencies have downloaded their reports. On the other hand: In another five states, including California, Illinois, and Texas, less than 20 percent of HHAs have downloaded their free PEPPER reports, according to report retrieval data as of Aug. 21. PEPPER reports show your stats as compared to your peers for benchmarks focusing on LUPAs, therapy, case mix, and more.
