SoCal VNA Begins Work On Hospice Facility

A new hospice inpatient facility is coming to Claremont, Calif. The Visiting Nurses Asso-ciation and Hospice of Southern California is renovating a house it purchased four years ago, reports the Contra Costa Times. The final result, projected for next year, should be a 3,200 square foot property with six private rooms known as Hospice Home, the VNA says. There are about 400 full service hospice facilities in the nation, CEO Marsha Fox told the Times.
