Quaker Charity To Close HHA's Doors

Mercer Street Friends Home Health Care in Trenton, N.J. plans to turn over its 2,000 patients, and its Certificate of Need, to Ocean Healthcare, reports The Times of Trenton. Regu-latory changes and reimbursement cuts have led to the Quaker-driven charity organization’s decision, the newspaper says.
