Patient Safety Goals Ride Another Year

Take a look at The Joint Commission's five National Patient Safety Goals for home care providers in 2018 at www.jointcommission.org/ome_2017_npsgs. The goals have stayed the same from last year: identify patients correctly, use medicines safely, prevent infection, prevent patients from falling, and identify patient safety risks.
