Oklahoma HH, Hospice Agencies Merge

Accentra Home Healthcare in Oklahoma has merged with Hometown Home Health and Sooner Hospice. The newly merged agency with locations in Edmond and Tulsa is named Accentra Home Health & Hospice, the company says on its website.
