Ohio Health System, Home Care Provider Form Joint Venture

Summa Health system in Ohio is forming a joint venture with its Summa Health at Home and Summa Hospice divisions and Dayton-based Alternate Solutions Health Care Network, reports The Plain Dealer. Summa will retain 60 percent ownership of the venture.
