Newest Hospice PEPPER Reports Available

You can take a look at the latest set of benchmarks in your hospice PEPPER report for the last quarter of 2015, PEPPER contractor TMF Health Quality Institute says. TMF posted the reports April 11.
Tip: To download the report, you’ll need a new validation code — a patient control number or medical record number from a claim for a traditional Medicare FFS beneficiary with a “from” or “through” date in Sept. 1-30, 2015, the contractor says. More information is at www.pepperresources.org.
