New HHA Company Hits Acquisition Trail

A newly renamed investment company plans a Florida acquisition, and has a wider acquisition strategy in mind for the future. Vero Beach, Fla.-based Home Health International plans to buy Mount Auburn Inc. dba Associated Home Health, HHI says in a release. HHI "will be implementing an aggressive growth strategy to expand outside of the Florida market," the company says in a separate release. It will focus on the South and California, and will consider acquisitions outside the U.S. HHI, which trades over the counter, was renamed from Atlas Capital Partners last month.
