New CMS Website Pushes HH Compare Awareness

Your publicly reported outcomes on Home Health Compare may soon get more attention from your potential patients and referral sources. That's because CMS is pushing its new "Quality Care Finder" website. The site at www.medicare.gov/quality-care-finder gives users quick links to Medicare's six Compare tools. "These online research tools can help your Medicare patients and their caregivers compare healthcare providers, facilities, health and drug plans, equipment suppliers and more," CMS says. The agency also has issued educational materials explaining how to use the Compare sites.
