National Chain Partners With Missouri Health System In Joint Venture

LHC Group Inc. and Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri, plan to purchase from SSM Health the assets of one home health agency and one hospice agency in the state, Lafayette, Louisiana-based LHC says in a release. The hospice in Mexico and HHA in Jefferson City will operate as Central Missouri Hospice and Central Missouri Home Health, respectively. LHC partners with 350 hospitals across the U.S., it says in the release.
