Cornerstone Healthcare Inc. has bought Zion's Way Home Health and Hospice in St. George, Utah for cash, according to a release from Cornerstone parent The Ensign Group Inc.
Zion's Way has branches in Kanab, Utah and Page, Ariz. Cornerstone operates home care and hospice operations in Idaho, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Denver, Iowa, and Portland, Ore.
