Mississippi Physician Sentenced To 3 Years In Prison For Bogus Hospice Referrals, Kickbacks

A Mississippi physician convicted in a hospice fraud scheme has received a prison sentence of more than three years, three years of supervised release, and an order for $1.9 million in restitution, the Department of Justice says in a release.
