Miami Home Health Recruiter Lands 3-Year Sentence

A Miami home health recruiter who pled guilty to conspiracy to receive health care kickbacks has landed a 37-month prison sentence. Manuel Lozano worked for Serendipity Home Health in Miami, according to a Department of Justice release.
