Medicare Issues Refunds For Erroneous Prison Takebacks

Don’t expect reimbursement from appealed claims yet. CMS is finally correcting recoupments it made in error for supposedly incarcerated beneficiaries, but you’ll have to wait to reconcile your accounts receivable.
