A Minneapolis-area man has pled guilty to half a million dollars in Medicaid fraud. Through Victory Home Care Inc., Allwell Tam Inimgba submitted Medicaid claims for registered nurse services that weren't actually provided by an RN, the U.S. Attorney's Office for Minnesota says.
