MAC Survey Underway

Take the opportunity to grade your HHH Medicare Administrative Contractor. "The 2018 MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI), a survey administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, is now available," the MACs say in notices to their providers. "The MSI measures your satisfaction with our processes and service delivery so we can gain valuable insights and determine process improvements," notes MAC Palmetto GBA. "The MSI will not measure your satisfaction with other Medicare contractor types," such as Recovery Audit Contractors or Zone Program Integrity Contractors, notes MAC National Government Services. Look for a survey link from your MAC to participate.
